I once interviewed with a company in Dublin, Ireland. The company's CEO had a freshly printed copy of my CV and had had no time to read it, although I had been waiting for 15 minutes. When he finally did review my CV, he assumed that my current job (first one in the document) was my oldest job, acting bewildered.
